POOL ACCESS AND REGULATIONS

OPENING 8-20. 8 P.M. TO 8 A.M. THERE IS AN ALARM SYSTEM
Please review these regulations before entering the pool:

1. Our swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard therefore it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN access to children under the age of 14 unless accompanied by their parents;
2. Showering before entering the water is mandatory;
3. Diving from poolside is prohibited;
4. Swimming when the pool is under maintenance is prohibited;
5. It is forbidden to use fins and masks and to introduce balls, balls, tennis rackets and any other sports game;
6. Children must always be accompanied by their parents and scrupulously supervised, as our pool does not provide a pool specifically for young guests. Children AND THEIR PARENTS, will be able to use the small beach which has a maximum depth of 25 cm;
7. Children under 4 years old must wear the appropriate sanitary diaper when entering the pool;
8. Smoking and consumption of food and beverages is prohibited;
9. It is forbidden to bring in dogs or other animals;
10. Please do not enter the water if you have wounds, abrasions, lesions or skin changes of suspected infected nature (warts, dermatitis, mycosis);
11. Please use a moderate and calm tone of voice and limit your cell phone use by keeping it with the ringer on silent mode;
12. It is forbidden to run, dive, play noisy games and occupy deck chairs if you are absent.

Management shall not be responsible for theft or loss of unattended items; Management shall not be liable in any way for any accidents, injuries, or otherwise, which may occur to bathers as a result of conduct attributable to them. Service personnel are authorized to intervene at any time to demand compliance with these regulations
